RACE DETAILS
DATE & TIME: Saturday, June 19, 2010, 8:30 AM **NEW START TIME**
LOCATION: Hopkinton High School 
COURSE: USATF Certified 5K course with timed mile markers. Professional finish line timing provided by Bay State Race Services.
AWARDS: (no duplicate awards)
- Top 3 male and female finishers
- Top 3 Age Group finishers: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+, Wheelchair Division
AMENITIES: Quality t-shirts guaranteed to those registered for the 5K by May 19, water stop along the course, kids races, excellent raffle prizes, post-race food/refreshments, entertainment, family fun day.
ENTRY FEES: 5K is $25; kids’ 1-mile is $15; kids' mini-marathon is $5.
REGISTRATION: Open by mail or online for all events until June 15 at midnight. There will be no race day registration for the 5K!
5K RACE: USATF-certified race begins at 8:30 AM. Limited to 1,800 participants; register online or by mail by June 15, 2010.

KIDS' 1 MILE RACE: 1-mile race around school loop road for children 7 to 10 years old at 9:45 AM. $15 entry fee. Limited to 200 runners; register online, by mail or on race day until 9:15 if space is available. All kids’ 1-mile participants receive t-shirt.
KIDS' MINI-MARATHON: Age-appropriate distances on the high-school track for children ages 2 to 7 years old at 11:15 AM. $5 entry fee. Register online, by mail or on race day.
- Toddler Open for ages 2 to 5: Half-lap
- Quarter-Mile for age 6: One lap
- Half-Mile for age 7: Two laps

- The 5K (3.1 mile) course begins at Hopkinton High School.
- Go to the intersection of Hopkins School Road and Hayden Rowe and take a right onto Hayden Rowe
- Right onto Teresa Rd.
- Right onto Nicholas Rd.
- Right onto Colella Farm Rd.
- Right onto Angelo Rd.
- Right onto Chamberlain St.
- Left onto Hayden Rowe
- Left onto Hopkins School Road
- Proceed straight past Hopkins School, continuing clockwise around Loop Road
- Finish line is at the middle of the last parking lot on Loop Road (about 1/4 mile before stop sign)
Directions to Hopkinton High School: Route 495 to Exit 20 toward Hopkinton (Route 85 North). Follow Route 85 approximately 3.5 miles to Hopkinton High School on left. Free parking available, but carpooling is appreciated; arrive early as parking is limited.
